velqa.dev Recharge Boost — top up your balance in dirhams (MAD) via Stripe or CMI

Recharge Boost is Velqa's prepaid pay-as-you-go balance: you pick an amount in dirhams, pay, and the credit is added to your balance to use every model with no subscription. Payments are in beta — top-ups are not open yet; your balance and history stay visible in the meantime.

Top up in three steps

1. In the dashboard, open Billing then the Recharge Boost section.
2. Choose an amount in MAD.
3. Pay with one of the two available methods:

• Stripe (card)
• CMI (Moroccan local payment)

CMI and Stripe are the only two payment methods. YouCan Pay is no longer offered.

When credit is added

Credit is not added instantly on redirect after payment. It is credited when the payment provider's webhook confirms the transaction. Expect a short delay while confirmation happens; your balance then updates automatically.

Boost credit activates no subscription — it is a prepaid balance.

One open order at a time

You can have only one open top-up order at any given moment. Finish or let the current order expire before starting another. Orders are idempotent: the same payment never credits your balance twice.

Status and history

Payment status and the full top-up history are visible in the dashboard under Billing → History. Subscriptions and Boost top-ups appear in the same place.
