Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to any purchase of credits or a plan on Velqa, a service published by Quantyl Core LLC. They prevail over any conflicting condition from the buyer, unless agreed otherwise in writing beforehand.

Velqa runs on prepaid credits, denominated and charged in Moroccan dirhams (MAD, tax included), valid for 12 months from purchase. Three indicative plans are offered (Starter, Dev, Pro), with different top-up amounts and model quotas; details and current rates are shown on the pricing page. This is not an auto-renewing subscription: each credit purchase is a one-time transaction.

Prices are shown in MAD, tax included, at the time of purchase. Payment is made by Moroccan card via CMI or by international card via Stripe. Banking data is never stored by Velqa: it is processed directly by the chosen payment provider.

The purchase is finalized when the payment provider confirms the transaction (CMI or Stripe webhook). Credits are added to the account upon confirmation. A confirmation email, as well as the history visible in the dashboard, serve as proof of purchase.

In accordance with the rules applicable to the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance of the service (making credits available on the account) has begun with the customer's express agreement, who acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal by confirming the purchase.

Unused credits may be the subject of a refund request under the conditions detailed in our Refund Policy. Credits already consumed, corresponding to a properly delivered service, are non-refundable.

Velqa may change its prices or plans at any time for future purchases. Credits already purchased retain the value and conditions in effect at the time of purchase until they expire or are consumed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Velqa's total liability under a sale is capped at the amount actually paid by the customer during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Indirect damages and loss of profit are excluded.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution within 30 days by writing to support@velqa.dev. Failing an agreement, these Terms of Sale are governed by the law of the State of Delaware (United States), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections applicable to consumers residing in the European Union or Morocco.
